We're a company located in a part of Czechia called Morava. We make traditional recipes from old cookbooks that we find interesting. The founders of this company are Vlastimil Sapák and Martin Jokver. Martin and Vlastimil invited their friends to work on the company and today this company has won many awards and has a good and friendly team.
Baconade is a jam made out of bacon. It is a bit sweet, a bit spicy and salty too.
St. John's nuts are made out of green walnuts. After the walnuts are grabbed from trees on 24th June. Then these walnuts are marinated in a sweet brine.
This product is a sauce used for BBQs. It is made out of a special kind of fruit named mishpule. In Mishmash is also garlic, apples, vinegar and some spices.
